The Design Process
The brief
We set up an initial meeting with the client to discuss the exact requirements of the project. We look through images and floor plans of the property and undertake a site visit to gain an understanding of the exact needs of the client and the space we have to work with. We investigate the clients lifestyle and personal style and run through a set of questions to find out more about the clients aspirations. We also enquire about the timescales and budget for the project. We then send a proposal to the client with a breakdown of our fees and the intended work as we understand it.
The Concept
After understanding the clients needs and aspirations, we develop the concept and colour palette and undertake spatial planning exercises to make the best use of your space. We welcome feedback from our clients at every stage of the design process.
Refining the Design
Once we have an agreed floor plan and concept, we then begin to develop detailed drawings of the proposed design and present comprehensive floorplans and elevations. We present the sample boards which is a careful selection of the FF&E specification (furniture, fixtures and equipment plan), detailing all of the items to be purchased and selecting all of the finishes and fabrics. At this stage we then present complete project costings.
Bringing the design to life
We coordinate with our specialist tradespeople and contractors and attend site meetings to ensure all details are on track and being carried out to the required specification. All FF&E is ordered ready for installation.

Detailed floor plans to help you on your renovation journey
Renovating your entire home or a single room such as a kitchen or bathroom? We can design the space for you and provide comprehensive floorplans. Not only do these guide your contractors with the required works but they also help you to visualise the new space and take into consideration all aspects of the design, before the builders are brought in. By undertaking spatial planning excercises, we will help you to maximise your space and to get the best flow for your room.
We can also supply lighting and electrical plans alongside this service.
Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment
Sourcing and design of bespoke joinery, furniture and soft furnishings
Whether you are looking for that perfect coffee table, or those must have cushions, we offer a bespoke service tailored to your requirements. Working with multiple speicalist crafts and trades people, we can source or design the perfect piece/s for your home. We can also help you to resolve your storage issues by designing bespoke joinery tailored to your space.
We have close relationships with luxury and boutique suppliers that provide high-end luxury furniture, lighting and accessories.
Home Styling
